• I understand that all wine shipments must be signed by someone 21 years of age or older. (We suggest shipping to a place of business).
• I understand that an adult signature is REQUIRED for delivery of all alcoholic beverages.
• I understand that I am responsible for the return and reshipment costs incurred as a result of non-delivery.
• I understand that some states have quantity restrictions and that some states require the payment of sales and use taxes.
• Some shipments may be held due to extreme heat or cold temperatures.
