2020 Sentinelle

The Sentinelle is composed of the four predominant white varietals of France's Rhone Valley. Each component was fermented in stainless steel and aged sur lie in 50% new French oak and 50% neutral French oak. The Roussanne and Marsanne bring a honeyed richness to the wine, as well as substantial structure. The Viognier provides a floral lift of honeysuckle and jasmine, with Grenache Blanc adding acidity and lemon citrus flavors.
